The organization aims to improve the living standards of underprivileged communities by providing support and technical education. It focuses on making rural populations self-dependent through modern education and traditional techniques like agro-culture and organic farming. A significant achievement is in Information Technology, with 12-15 Rural Information Technology Centers established across Uttarakhand to offer free computer education to poor youth.

To generate income for non-IT individuals, especially women in the Garhwal region, the organization provides training in medicinal plant cultivation, organic farming, and handmade goods production. This training aims to enhance the social and economic conditions of the community.

IIEWS has expanded its computer education centers from Rishikesh to other districts in Uttarakhand and Solan in Himachal Pradesh, offering free education and financial aid to SC, ST, and OBC students. The organization believes that empowering these communities is essential for the country’s development.
